TERMS OF PAYMENT & BOOKING CONDITIONS
The following terms of payment & booking conditions are valid for Two Ravens
All rates quoted are based on the current purchasing prices in Greenland. Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) as shown on our website.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be made by e-mail. Two Ravens charge cancellation fees to passenger(s) as follows:
Scheduled Day Tours And Sleepover Tours (One Night)
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to departure are fully
refunded. Cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to departure will be
charged full price.
Private and Tailormade Day Tours
Confirmation of 30% must be paid at booking. And full payment must have arrived 4 weeks prior to departure.
All cancellations must be made by e-mail. Two Ravens charge cancellation fees to passenger(s) as follows:
Cancellation Charges for day tours not including boat or helicopter transfers:
• 100% of tour price is refunded if cancelled 48 hours or more prior to
departure.
Cancellation Charges for day tours including boat transfers:
• 100% of tour price is refunded if cancelled 16 days or more prior to
departure.
• 50% of tour price is refunded if cancelled 6-15 days prior to
departure.
• 0% of tour price is refunded if cancelled 0-5 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Charges for day tours including helicopter transportation:
• 100% of tour price is refunded if cancelled 32 days or more prior to
departure.
• 0% of tour price is refunded if cancelled less than 32 days prior to departure.
INSURANCE
Safety is our #1 priority. While our highly trained and experienced guides do their very best to ensure that everyone on tour with us has a safe and fun experience, there is still a very low possibility that an accident can occur that may require medical attention. Therefore, we advise that all of our clients have insurance that covers the specific activity.
We also recommend securing travel insurance that cover trip losses and extra costs due to e.g. bad weather and flight disruptions.
NOTE
Two Ravens Aps. reserve the right to alter tours and itineraries due to weather or circumstances regarding the specific tour conditions. All programs can be changed or canceled at any moment during the trip to assure the safety of the clients and staff of Two Ravens Aps.
No responsibility is accepted for losses, expenses due to delays, changes of flights, or other services or because of strikes, accidents, sickness, damage, negligence, weather, war, changes in schedules, or other similar causes.
Two Ravens Aps. do not assume responsibility for accidents or death that can be traced to the participants negligence, acts of third parties or exterior circumstances such as
weather,natural occurrences, war or other similar causes.
VALIDITY OF PRICES
All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current purchasing prices in Greenland. In the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or due to any other cost increases that are outside our control, Two Ravens Aps reserves the right to change prices already quoted or published in our price lists without notice. Any eventual changes in rates will not be made with less than 8 weeks notice prior to arrival.
After the invoice has been issued, the price is guaranteed against any surcharge, unless an increase is due to government laws or currency changes. Two Ravens Aps will absorb an amount equivalent to 5% of the package price. Amounts that exceed the 5% will be charged and clients will be entitled to cancel their booking with a full refund if the surcharge exceeds 10%.
OTHER
All complaints must reach Two Ravens Aps within 5 days after the tour or from departure from Greenland. Otherwise possible compensation is not valid.
Clients take full responsibility for meeting the physical fitness level requirement of the trip. Clients that are physically unfit or not equipped for their tour can be dismissed from the tour at their own expense.

IF CLIENTS FORMALLY CANCEL THEIR PARTICIPATION:
• 15% of the tour price is non-refundable.
• 50% of tour price is refunded if cancelled 40-60 days prior to
departure.
• 25% of tour price is refunded if cancelled 15-39 days prior to
departure.
• 0% of tour price is refunded if cancelled 0-14 days prior to departure.
If the minimum number of participants has not been met 45 days prior to departure, Two Ravens has the right to cancel the tour/departure. In that case the full amount paid by the client to Two Ravens will be refunded.

CHANGE FEES
If one requests changes to pre-made packages, such as adding nights into the
program, changing hotels or dates, a change fee might be charged.
•Last minute change fee:
If a confirmed service is changed less than two weeks prior to the arrival of the client, change fee might be charged.
•Last minute booking fee:
A last minute booking fee might apply to all bookings requested within two weeks of client’s arrival. This fee will apply to bookings if the clients want changes two weeks before arrival.

CONFIRMATION FEE
A confirmation fee is required for all expedition tours / yacht tours / ski-touring tours / heliskiing tours, and is not refundable. How high the confirmation fee is (often around 15-20% of total tour price), and by what time it has to be paid, varies between tours and will be specified in the tour description of each tour, available on Two Ravens Aps website and/or in email communications between Two Ravens Aps and the client during the booking process.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be made by email to Two Ravens Aps. Two Ravens Aps charge cancellation fees to passenger(s) as follows:
Expeditions In Greenland.
• 50 % of total tour price will be refunded, if formally canceled between 30 – 14 days prior to departure.
• 25 % of total tour price will be refunded, if formally canceled between 13 – 8 days prior to departure.
• 0 % of total tour price will be refunded, if formally canceled within 7 days prior to departure.
Expeditions Outside Of Greenland Here By Also Sailing Expeditions.
• 50 % of total tour price will be refunded, if formally canceled between 90 – 180 days prior to departure.
• 0 % of total tour price be refunded, if formally canceled less than 3 months prior to departure.

Eventual changes in rates will not be made with less than 4 weeks’ notice before departures or on bookings already made and confirmed.

Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to arrival 100%
DEADLINE for rooming list: 3 weeks prior to arrival.
